Thanks a lot for your very interesting blog! It’s the closest match to our projects (windows media based corporative TV solutions).
We’re now evaluating the possibility to switch from WMS to IIS Media Services. Our main concern is multicast streaming as it is the “core” of our solution due it nature.There are many publications re upcoming IIS Media Services release with the functionality. Can you advise me the approx time schedule when the multicasting will be available in IIS? Will it support the server-side playlists in the manner of WMS?
